What's includedGym extra clients: $2.50/mo or $25/yr each. Platform fee on client payments: 5% on Coach, 0% on Studio and Gym. Clients a coach invites use the app at no charge and can message their coach directly in the app. Trial needs a card; you aren't charged until it ends; one trial per account. Trainer plans are purchased on this website.
Billing questions
How do renewals and cancellation work?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. We show the price, billing frequency, term and any trial before you are charged.
Where do I pay?
Pro, Pro Max and the Coach, Studio and Gym trainer plans are all billed through the App Store or Google Play. Extra Gym client seats are added from the web dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
FitnessOS needs a plan to use: after you set up your account you choose Pro or Pro Max. Pro monthly and Pro annual both start with a 7-day free trial. Pro Max has no free trial. Every Trainer plan has a 7-day free trial; it needs a card and you are not charged until it ends.
Which countries and currencies?
All prices are in US dollars, and FitnessOS is currently offered in the United States only.
